A negotiation result for the collective agreements between The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland, The Finnish Plastics Industries Federation and The Industrial Union has been reached
The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland, The Finnish Plastics Industries Federation and The Industrial Union have today, on February 21, 2025, reached a negotiation result concerning the collective agreements for the chemical basic industry, the plastics and chemical products industry and the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
The negotiation result must still be approved by the administrations of employer federations and the Industrial Union. The contents of the negotiation result will be revealed later in more detail.
The agreement covers approximately 13,000 employees.
The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland negotiates a total of nine collective agreements with the Industrial Union.
